No, No, no other cars on the road, light was green they were going through it and just stoped...... They were from out of town, at the casino all day, had a few drinks, did not know the area, were confused as to which way to go...... I have no reason to lie here

Was this information given to the police? Because, in that case, they should have been listed as at fault, and likely would have received a ticket for reckless or negligent driving. Hell, in some cases, you can get a DUI even if your under the limit.
I'm not trying to call you out or anything, I'd be pissed in some tourist pulled that move.

It was give over the phone, wasn't a high priority call and she was going to be over an hour to get there, I verbalized it over the phone but she apparently got it wrongWas this information given to the police? Often times the person administering the test either does not know what it is for or is not allowed to disclose that information.

Listen not a big deal here, I assumed what it was for and I was wrong, I am a big enough man to admit that... some people on here hide behind a keyboard and comment when there is no way in hell they would do that to your face, I find that amusing...........
