People are just going fulltime like crazy lately so i feel like i should suck it up and go before i lose anymore senority points but i just dont know... im riding this out
You just really need to be on your A game more than what you are used to. It's alot more of what you already know, with the addition of more soreness...lol.
If you have enough seniority, scope out a route that doesn't have alot or any apartments, in an area that won't see much growth, and has a few places to stop to eat or have a bathroom.
Otherwise a good PT gig is fine if you have your finances in order. I'm not sure how many years of FT you will need for a bigger pension, but use the pension as a supplement.
