I’ve been with UPS 3 years in October . I’m a package loader , I’m hearing that we’re supposed to be getting a 70 cent raise every Aug 1st but I’m only making 50 cents more than I was at the same time last year ... is this something I should bring up ?

So 3 years ago UPS gave you more than the raises or progression. So yes if I'm correct you'd be at $15.90 Aug 1st. Though aren't you in 705/710 which is a different than the NMA?

$15.90. Next year will be $1, so I'll be close to peak wages all year in 2023, right when the next contract is up.
