For headaches it doesn't seen to work for me....it'll help but it doesn't get rid of all the pain like ibuprofen seems to. To be fair, what I took wasn't Tylenol brand...it was generic acetaminophen.

I also take the generic version.

It might be the placebo effect but when I know that I am taking it I start to feel better.
