For the hourly manager, pretty much anyone with a pulse for the most part
For salary you want to have a college degree

I found out Friday that we have to pay a lot of money just to get new hires to show up-----$150 weekly attendance bonus for new PT hires.
Current PTers are not happy about this.

I read somewhere that they usually hire 1 person for every 3 to 5 that quit
