Are we allowed to wear masks?

I heard supervisors arguing about this, as I guess it's technically an OSHA violation to wear them? At least for now, new OSHA regulations are being pushed to state's "soon," which hopefuly rectify this. Anyone have any other info?

It's a crime the way UPS is (not) handling all this.

If anything it would be an OSHA violation not to allow personal protection devices (masks) since they are specificly named in the DOT guidelines.

When drivers complained about the dust in the summer a few years back the company's idiotic solution was to provide masks for us. They are not an osha violation lol.

My job is fun
We have a driver that wears one while walking into the building. We asked him if he wears it all day he says no he takes it off as soon as he leaves the yard bc the building is the nastiest and dirtiest thing he see all day lol
