They over Disbatch me with 170 stops 30pu stops and said I had to be in by 8pm
I am full time driver
I know the route
But it’s too much
So
I start sending messages
I clock out 10pm and they take almost all pu off me
Today I go in manager office

Working termination = they are afraid to sit you out in fear of back pay because their case is so weak.

Ask to be fully terminated if you can afford to wait for a check.

They're putting on plenty of new feeder drivers at your place if you're already tired of delivery.

Tell them the next day you strained your shoulder. Go to the doctor and tell him/her you need some light duty. that will learn them!
