Being sent home 3 days in a row

I am six months into my first year as a ft coverage driver. I can count the number of complete weeks worked on one hand. They say it is an area knowledge issue, as I know only two routes. They hardly ever have a sup available, so its either run a route cold, or enjoy a day off. As long as I drive three days minimum I am good financially. The vets tell me to enjoy my time off...45 plus hr weeks will come soon enough.

It does sound like an area knowledge issue. If you want to work more than just 3 days tell them you are willing to run split routes, run off bulk stops, deliver air, run off/shuttle misloads or do whatever it takes to get more days on road.
