Yep. I've been through the Class III NFA process and it doesn't make fun stuff very difficult to get at all, it just helps make it stupid expensive. Doesn't require you be an FFL btw.

Imperial Japan is one of my favorite cultures and governments of that period. It was a very radical society shaped by political assassination, a rogue out of control military and a divine right to rule.

A lot of deals were done at the end of the war. One was keeping Hirohito in to prevent communists from moving in and to block the military from power. Another was the same industrialists were left to rebuild and are still around today.
