Your confused. He is not Merrick Garland. Brett is the guy that likes beer and passed out girls
Yah, we've got to see up close what kind of justice Merrick Garland would've made. Threatening to classify moms who speak out at PTA meetings as domestic terrorists. Something is terribly wrong when Bill Maher has become the voice of reason in the Democratic Party.

Threaten a board that you'll bring every single gun they have and that would get anyone labeled a terrorist.

Garland at the behest of the National School Board Association was trying to intimidate ALL people from speaking out against any school board policies, not just the occasional wingnut. He had to backtrack from that after getting a lot of heat.

Rumor has it that Jesse Smolett (sp? But who gives AF) is on the short list. 😁.
He also plans on personally interviewing 10-20 9 year old girls.

Strength through joy

Way back in 2003 through 2005, when Joe Biden was still a Democrat senator from Delaware, President George W. Bush nominated Janice Rogers Brown to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, but due to her conservative views, Joe Biden and the Democrats filibustered her nomination, blocking a final vote on her confirmation. Bush nominated Brown for the District of Columbia Circuit in 2003 after she served as a justice on the California Supreme Court since 1996; she did not get confirmed until June 8, 2005.

“He voted three times against confirming her just to be a U.S. circuit judge. I mean, this wasn’t even to the Supreme Court. So, race and gender, they only count if you’re thought to be a committed judicial activist, judicial leftist,” Fox News host Laura Ingraham said last Wednesday.
