Your diversionary tactics are entertaining, but not pertinent.

You alleged a criminal activity whereby UPS paid cash to LLBean in exchange for exclusive shipping rights.

I requested a verifiable source that you can't or won't provide.

The only logical conclusion is that you are a rumor-mongering troll, or a believer in fairytales.

Either way, you have discredited everything you post.
Is that illegal?

Cash transaction is. IRS would crucify them.
Oh so now you're an IRS auditor? LMAO. UPS is a publicly traded stock on the NYSE and in order to be listed on the NYSE a company's accounting practices have to meet rules far more stringent than those found on other trading platforms such as foreign based or the over the counter market. The practice of buying business accounts is more common than you think. If fact acquiring extra super market shelf space in some cases has to be purchased by the food vendor.

"Bribery in business is illegal, just as it is in government and public organizations. A business bribe typically occurs when a company or representative gives money or financial considerations to another person, business or public official to gain favor or to manipulate business decisions of partners, suppliers or buyers."
"Bribery goes against the basic philosophy of the U.S. free enterprise system, which is to let the best company when in competitive business scenarios. Having the best product, best service, lowest cost or best management are ways you can succeed. Kickbacks, reciprocity and so-called "under the table" money are examples of bribery."
"You and your business face both civil and criminal charges if you commit bribery."

If the transaction is reported as income and expense by both parties?? That makes it a purchase not a bribe

I seem to recall FedEx now has 270,000 employees. If that $1.5 Billion was given to the employees equally they'd see a $2.67hr raise on 40 hrs a week.

Oh, you only give raises a year at a time? Interesting. But no, they wouldn't get a $2.67hr raise, then next year another $2.67hr raise on top of that. They'd get one permanent raise that would be paid for by the tax savings.
The tax savings are permanent. Why would the raise be a one time thing?

It will be fine

"If" denotes speculation. Still no verifiable source. Can only surmise that you don't have one.
Why do you care so much? Just trolling? It's pretty common knowledge that UPS "buys" business. They'll offer credits and discounts that price them at or even below cost to keep customers. I've had plenty of shippers that switch to Ground for a few months and then go back saying what UPS was offering for cost was ridiculously low. It's what they do.
