Company has been doing this for 100 years. No reason in hell should you have such a :censored2:ty load. First thing you should do when you get to your first stop is snap a picture of the load. Start documenting this…no way in :censored2: can they hold you accountable for anything with such a :censored2:ty load. They can whine all they want but keep going back to load quality. If you are finding over 70’s above waist level or up on the shelf file a safety grievance. Just talking to them probably won’t do crap…gotta stand up for yourself.

Fortunately article 18 provides members the right to refuse work if they feel it's unsafe. Grievances might not go anywhere, but stalled production might.
Dude is full of :censored2:…I’ve seen them do something if they are actually unsafe situations and not just fluff.

i know they did at my center maybe 3 years ago, but has the whole safety committee thing pretty much petered out everywhere?
