Are package handlers allowed to listen to music on bluetooth speakers? Thinking either no or depends on faciltiy

Package handlers in my terminal aren't allowed to bring in cell phones at all anymore, and no headphones before then. They used to have a few stereos jamming, but those are gone now too.
