Quite sure that's not the ship Captain but more than likely a pilot. I've seen some of the seas those guys have to go out in to board the freighters and cruise ships that enter the local port inlet. Crazy .

I believe it starts at 61,000 for an interior cabin. I think it is segmented into four “cruises” that can be booked or the whole 274 nights.
