Richmond the city, or the Richmond District in San Francisco? The first can be pretty scary. Don't enter The Iron Triangle and all will be fine. The District is very nice.

Sounds like a wonderful State.

When insurance companies decline business in California = cool thing, sign of state going downhill and a conservative win.

When insurance companies decline business in Florida = bad thing that the federal government should help with.

I won’t be shocked to see insurance companies pull the same crap in Texas around Houston and Galveston.

Maybe its time people quit building in areas that constantly flood.

So sad to see what my birth place has become. And it’s such a beautiful city too.

  • Assembly Bill 957 would classify not affirming a child's gender as 'abuse'
  • State Rep. Lori Wilson said affirming a child's gender is 'in their best interest
  • Parents could lose custody of their child if they do not affirm their gender

  • If passed, the law could see children pulled from their parents' home if their family members have anti-LGBTQ+ ideals.

There would be some dead child services people, I’ll tell you what.

Yet another reason to move out of California.

Typical boring excuse.

  • Newsom claims he hasn't had time as governor to 'make up for the fact that in 2005 we had a historic number of homeless under a Republican administration'
  • Cities like San Francisco are besieged by rising crime, sprawling homeless encampments and fleeing businesses
