Code the time as 'car wash.' You will not have to do it very many times. If you are asked about it, say, "When I was doing my DOT pretrip, I could see that my windshield would not pass, so I cleaned it." If pushed farther, add, "If I hit something and you come out and I say, 'I could not see it through the filth on my windshield' I will be charged with that crash, correct?"

When it rains, our local is a loader , unloader, then the clerk, our trucks are nasty, and in fact I have to clean my mirrors , and my glass because they wont.........
