Same here. But i bring mine in because I pick off and have a lot of downtime when it's slow so having something to preoccupy myself on those god awful boring days is nice.

In our hub they keep it simple. Your phone is put away (or clipped or whatever) when you're working and getting paid. You can do whatever you want off the clock or on break. Some people have a problem with the policy too. It's one of the few rules that seems fair.
