How do we know if our union tried to bargain for that and what will the company want in return

I believe he was speaking about the other cardinal offense. Which is completely horrible language to include.

(i) other cardinal offenses, the Company and the
Union agree that there are offenses where an
employee may be suspended in lieu of discharge.
Discharge under this subsection should only be
used in situations where the employee’s actions
are so egregious that he/she needs to be removed
from the workplace immediately to protect
employees, customers, and/or the Company.
When an employee is removed from service, the
Union will be notified by the District Labor
Manager or his/her Labor designee.

This is horrible language . Who decides what exactly "egregious " means for immediate discharge

In 2013 there were supplements had less than 50% participation/less than 66% no vote. They went back and revoted. Why use this rule now?

Is some guy running across the center with scissors in his hand an automatic firing? He's endangering himself.
Is the loader who puts an overweight on the top shelf automatically walked out?
He's endangered a coworker.
Go suck Hoffa and Taylor's ass some more. Wasn't talking smack just trying to clear up what the OP was upset about.
