I've never had a customer refuse to sign unless they didn't want the package...
Never had that either. I've had people ask if a manager has to sign to which I reply "doesn't matter to me who signs."The ones that think a manager must sign when not necessary...
Sounds like your first check rideSo while going on a check ride with a Courier I couldn't help but notice a recurring issue
If you're really a new ops manager for Express, then you must of never been a courier. I really hope you are screwin around. If you're serious, we're in more trouble than I thought. So while going on a check ride with a Courier I couldn't help but notice a recurring issue...Customers that refuse to sign. Stop being a pusillanimous and sign for the package! Ahem, any who keep up the good work team. 3000 P2 stops tomorrow.

+1, and I will not wait around while you find someone willing to sign. I have plenty of other customers who need their pkgs that don't play silly games. Please have someone capable of signing for your stuff available tomorrow when I make the next attempt. No sign= no package 4u!
As real as Tokyo Rose.Yeah, the future does not look bright if this is for real.
