Today when I was finishing up loading my PCs, one of the drivers gave me a card from all the drivers I load for and inside was a nice note saying I've been doing a great job and some cash. Is this a normal thing for drivers to do or do mine just really like me?

You take care of us, we take care of you.

That being said, my loader(s) will not be getting anything from me this year.

Funny you mention this, I normally don't give my preloaders gifts as they are never there very long. Just happened myself and the driver next to me thought the guy we've had since Oct has been doing great. We popped a $20 each in card for the guy, he's really made our peak a lot more bearable.

Never had a steady loader for 6 months. They quit or dispatch sup moves them to other sets. Saves me cash

I usually tip my loader(s) and jumper every peak since they get paid next to nothing to put up with this company. Except this year my loads have been the worst I've ever had so the loaders get a hearty handshake at best. I'm going to tip my jumper extra since he does a good job and makes my day easy.

I too, give my helper those monetary tips I receive from customers. Only because he's a good worker and shows up on time.
