Why did Arbery not call 911?
Good question. Most joggers will have their cellphones and earbuds with them so they can listen to music while jogging.

Been dealing with accidental discharge all my life...Accidental discharge due to a struggle initiated by Arbery. That is a very reasonable argument.
But it will be tough to argue that Arbery was 'accidentally' shot three times.
If the shotgun is a semi-auto, multiple accidental discharges are within the realm of believable.
If it's a pump gun, that is a far more difficult argument.
The da’s report specifically says Aubrey was witnessed committing a burglary in the minutes leading up to the shooting and it was on videoGeorgia Code Title 16. Crimes and Offenses § 16-7-21
(a) A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she intentionally damages any property of another without consent of that other person and the damage thereto is $500.00 or less or knowingly and maliciously interferes with the possession or use of the property of another person without consent of that person.
(b) A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she knowingly and without authority:

(3) Remains upon the land or premises of another person or within the vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person after receiving notice from the owner, rightful occupant, or, upon proper identification, an authorized representative of the owner or rightful occupant to depart.
Arbery's entrance and looking around an open construction site was definitely legal.

Amazing how the story went from him being a jogger, to him now being a curious future architect looking inside a home under construction, and people making excuses for somebody entering property that is not their property.

You don’t seem to even understand the basic idea of private property. If you do not have permission to be on private property it is 100% a crime in any state. Criminal trespass at the least, and in lots of states when you simply enter into a dwelling burglary. Not illegal according to Ga law

criminals typically don't call the police on themselves.....
Voice of experience ?The first element of burglary involves breaking into and entering a structure. The breaking-in can occur in two ways: actual and constructive.
Actual breaking involves physical force: picking a lock or kicking a door in, for example. It could even be a very slight use of force, such as pushing open a door that's been left ajar.
Constructive breaking, on the other hand, involves methods of gaining entry that don't use physical force: blackmail or fraud, for example.
