That does make sense. Except it doesn't have anything to do with the post you responded to. I'm glad your guys are moving away from that socialism nonsense and more towards a representative republic.

Although, decentralized power isn't very effective at dealing with existential threats, like global warming. How do your guys reconcile their favoring decentralized power with the need for coordinated efforts to deal with large scale threats?

Decentralized power like ppl protesting in the streets is the thing that will keep us below 1.5 celcius warming. Govts likely won't act rationally otherwise

Your Socialism has a micro-economic approach and application.

Everyone else's Socialism is based on a Macro-Economic approach with emphasis on National Centralized heavy-handed government.

That difference between your made-up Socialism and real-world Socialism is why I don't engage you on discussions of Socialism.

if its undemocratic, is it really socialism? democracy im assuming should be highly participatory. i think you have associations with the word and that could be different from what it actually is.

Over the weekend, B.C. passed 500,000 hectares burned this wildfire season. It's the third time in five years we've passed the half million mark. Prior to 2017, it had happened once in the province's recorded history.
