No way she ends up with any jail time. Just end up paying a big honkin' fine.
Different judicial system for celebrities.
That might be probable if she had been arrested on her own. But with about 50 defendants she's probably doing about the same amount of time as the others. Even if she gets 2 years she'll probably be out in less than a year or get house arrest for the whole time. Aren't all of these people affluent? Probably similar sentences for all of them.

I like the idea of them having a short sentence then community service reading to kids in really poor schools or something at poor high schools.

Paying $$ is what got them into trouble...….pleas only include jail time!! They have to be taught that $$$ doesn't always get you out of trouble. I think Felicity is doing it the right way!!

They paid money to colleges. The state will want their cut. They "could" get jail time but odds are very much against it.
No these people can go to prison for a very long time. Too many of us have paid there own ways. Remember how they cancelled all of the Roseanne shows and now it's not on? Do the same with Lori, Felicity and the others. Have Target stop selling Mossimo clothing. NO residual checks to these cheaters. As part of her punishment have Lori row on a crew every Friday for about 4 hours. Plus she has to wear an evening gown and heels while doing it.
