Does the contract in anyway affect Pt or Ft supervisors in any way?
Indirectly. The more hourlies get paid, the more the company will look at dropping management to make up the difference.
Almost as hard as they try to get rid of hourlies that make the most money.
Does either scenario fall under "double standards?"
I was told today that PT sups just got a $0.30 raise.
To the OP, the only thing the contract covers is what they CAN'T DO.
Ok maybe your correct mister specific pants!! 2 PT sup bags said they just received a $0.30 raise.I was told today that PT sups just got a $0.30 raise.

Someone told you wrong then because management is an individual basis based on the person's rating.
And it's what the sup is NOT SUPPOSE TO DO ... big difference!

To the OP, if you see a sup or manager touch a package tell your steward immediately and file a grievance.

Hate to be a "mister specific pants" but the OP is a supervisor.
But, if he has to ask this............?

Except the hourlies are the one making the company money while management isn't.
Thinking like that is why driving is your pinnacle goal ... not that there is anything wrong with that.
