$100,000 a year? Are you the only working person in your family? Because $100,000 a year is barely enough to survive here.
Lol. Barely survive? I didnt realize those homeless people living on the street were actually making a 100k a year and just barely surviving. California must be expensive

Most people who are 40 years old or younger. Yes 100k a year isn't that good. Unless you bought a house in the 70's or 80's chances are your rent/mortgage is 2500 or more.

That's probably what your monthly bills are. You are lucky to be a baby boomer.

My brother bought a house for $500,000, 1500 sq ft, you can spit on his neighbors' window on each side. "but the weather is soooo beautiful"
