How about some info from our Corp HR partners for the 50 plus (you are still are partners you know). We are all in the same boat. A few leaks can’t hurt prior to May 10.

· Is it a pension buyout
· A new and revised MIP plan
· What’s the formula $$monthly$$ * 23 * .20 * years of dedication
· How about the rule of 80 (that’s age plus years of service, not the stock price)
· Medical benefits included at the current Flex ratio
· Does it include all levels of management
