I do understand some of the concerns posted but I do feel it’s up to us drivers to provide the best service possible... We get the " No one over 9/5 talk " everyday but if I have 10 hrs worth of work I’m going to do the job as trained and work safe first... A lot of these missed packages are drivers who don’t want to break off to get the businesses added to them from a cut route because it will add time to their day... We can’t control what is on the car but we can control how we perform our job... If everyone would just stop complaining and be happy we have a job to go to... If UPS was to go out of business most of the post on here shortly after would be something amazing to see all these people complaining would be the first to say how they would kill to be back making a great living and to be miserable again... Drivers provide service, managers provide problems... Let’s all work together to make the best out of a bad situation...
