My union steward threw me and four people under the bus and took another employees side. He didn't talk to anyone except the person with the "grievance." He has secret conversations with that employee and gave them pointers on what to write. This seems very wrong especially since I thought stewards were supposed to be neutral. I confronted the steward and they didn't seem to care, like this is acceptable behavior. Whom would I talk with when I can't trust my steward? Has anyone had a similar experience?
