Does Tracking show investigation to locate the package?

We look. If we can match an item back to the packaging we'd save the claim. Usually the complaints I hear are that UPS is tough to convince to pay the claim.

Our internal tracking would def. show it - not sure it's always broadcasted out there on UPSers for even more people to screenshot it and post it to Instagram every time there was an issue. There are already enough sites out there.
