I hit a deer once in the work truck, never a dog. No matter where the dog is, owners responsible. I have 2 at home. Unless someone smashes through my fence or comes on the sidewalk while their on a leash I can't see blaming anyone other than me.

No. Some a-whole decided to end it all, left a note and ran in front of a package car. The poor driver was really messed up after killing him. People that do that are selfish scum.

I almost smashed a dog a month ago. Stupid thing ran right up to my front tires. Keeps my reflexes sharp!

Zero liability law in my state. Dogs are to be under control at all times. No dog should be allowed in a driveway.
