He's all for freedom of speech just as long as they are parroting his political views. But in the end he'll go sign up for Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid if he ends up in a nursing home and his money is all gone. All Democrat sponsored and passed legislation .

You still have the choice of not accepting those benefits and keep right on working and buying health insurance on the open market. That's of course that you are still physically able , have the required skills and somebody would still hire you in your advancing age. One of the many bad parts about advancing age is diminishing opportunities.

We've been through this before.
Little Bush proposed to privatize Social Security just ahead of the worst recession in 80 years where retirees and near retirees lost billions in retirement savings. Furthermore banks didn't want to have to handle small retirement accounts due to having to charge management fees and at a time of rock bottom interest rates the management fees would in many cases be larger that the accounts earned. Haven't heard anything about privatizing SS lately have you?

Paul Ryan's plan to "Save America" called for the repeal of Medicare and replaced with annual vouchers of $7700 that seniors were to use to but alternative health insurance. Only one problem. There wasn't a insurer in the world willing to write a Medicare comparable health insurance contract for a senior with chronic health issues for $650 a month. Hear anything out of Paul Ryan and his "Save America" lately?
Those are you conservatives alternatives to Medicare and Social Security. They are on the same plane as Trump's "repeal and replace with something better" alternative to the ACA. Not a bit of truth to it.
