Lol. I’m the LAST person to be watching out the window. I have almost zero interest in what is going on outside my window. I used to laugh at a roommate I once had who could tell you what time every person on our street went to work and what time they came home every day.

So far i've only seen 1 handicap row (10 spots) I might be on since it takes out the whole front of the building. And a couple where I might partially cover the white-striped walkway adjacent to the spot.
Even blocking in a handicap spot is a no-go since we all know that senile s* wont look in their rear mirrors and back right into us.

We park where we want!!! I do it everytime especially when im at the primary care spot. I block like 3 to 4 of em.
