Since when have Christians denied the Old Testament as part of the faith?

"It is pointless to dwell on an outdated text. So, when people quote from the Old Testament to condemn different things people do, it is nothing but hate and judgment. "

Shelflish was full of bacteria back in the day. Those Rules applied then.

That is a very common position taken by many churches and denominations.
It was always a bit confusing to me which parts of the Old Testament was scripture and which was apocryphal in nature.

1st lesson every Sunday in any liturgical Christian service comes from the OT.

not really. It is common in many churches but not all nor is it a requirement. OT IS for our edification and learning so it is important, but Christians can not use OT for doctrine.

You sound as if you are a Catholic:
Catholicism has 7 defined rites that define their liturgy.

Not all Churches or denominations accept your definition as part of their liturgy.

... a Christian sacrament commemorating the Last Supper by consecrating bread and wine.

In some Protestant churches, baptism is the only liturgy.

Had Marcion won the day, it's likely we would not even know much about the Old Testament if at all.

And not that many christians know much about it to begin with. NT too!

Have fun kiddies!
