The real crime is FedEx not realizing hundreds of packages over several days going missing

This is more pkgs that are loaded on the majority of package cars.
That's a full days work of deliveries!

How many customers immediately call FedEx or UPS the day their package doesn’t show up? If the packages were shown as released, I’m sure it would take a few days before enough people start calling.

UPS customers call within the first 5 mins if their pkg says delivered and it's not where it says it was delivered to. Then the office pings the board asking you to call them back in regards to that delivery. Can't see anything like this happening at UPS.
