Did anybody notice how the ERI questionaire was worded this year??? It seemed to be worded for a better out come. The word "trust" didnt appear as often as it did last time we took the study. If the ERI is to be used to find problem areas in employee relations then shouldnt we want to use the same questions so we can compare apples to apples to see if we are getting better??? Dont change the question to get better results...change attitudes to get better results.
