Did anybody notice how the ERI questionaire was worded this year??? It seemed to be worded for a better out come. The word "trust" didnt appear as often as it did last time we took the study.
If the ERI is to be used to find problem areas in employee relations then shouldnt we want to use the same questions so we can compare apples to apples to see if we are getting better??? Dont change the question to get better results...change attitudes to get better results.

I could be wrong, but I didn't see any wording changes...

I just went through a this year / last year comparison for my group and when I matched up the questions, they all matched.

Like I said, I could be wrong but they looked the same to me.

I didnt' either . same questions they've always had.
