FedEx future Ground or Express, what the customer thinks.

While FedEx is deciding who gets what, I recently had a conversation with a shipper, he worked for a German hardware company, he said they were disappointed with FedEx service during the pandemic, I said what about UPS ,he said to hard on the packages. He than confided they were in negotiations with Amazon to handle the freight business but not be on the website.

This has been the mindset of FedEx and UPS lately. Disregard for the customer because, “Where they gonna go? All networks are jammed.”
