Two years huh? Trying to get full time? Put a 1 in front of that 2 and you might have a 50-50 chance of making it to full time by then.
Transferred after 2 years in the Hub in '88 into a FT courier rt. Was back less than 6 months in '99 when I became FT again. I've seen plenty of couriers in large stations go FT in less than 2 years. And if you want to go anywhere in the country as a FTer be willing to be a swing or 4X10 cover. Of course now that pay is better they may have less turnover, but swings are always in demand.
