Folding your mirrors in.

If you fold your mirror in at every stop it will get loose and then get folded in from wind resistance as you drive down the highway. File a grievance for over supervision if they keep bugging you about it. Its probably just the flavor of the week at your building and your management is trying to hit a warning letter quota for the month.

You are going about it the wrong way. You use their rules to them. Like mentioned before, instead of arguing that you aren’t going to fold them in just walk around the package car each and every time to fold them in safely.
if it takes 1 extra minute to do this and you do it for each stop. Let’s say you have 160 stops, 160 total minutes is an extra 2.6 hours per day! Use their own rules against them. Either your stop count goes down or your wallet gets fat!
