Hi, everybody. I have been driving a 20ft '69 Ford delivery truck converted to a food truck for the last year or so, and I recently decided to apply for full time package driving in my area. As luck would have it, my local center was/is in dire need of new potential drivers and I landed an off-the-street interview. I take my driving test and physical soon and I'm excited and grateful to have this seemingly rare opportunity.
I just wanted to say that, throughout the process, this forum has been a valuable tool for me in familiarizing myself with UPS concepts, terminology, and other general behind-the-scenes types of stuff.
I'd just like to thank everyone here for providing such a wealth of information and discussion, and I look forward to (hopefully) joining the community.
