Get Ready For India Tech Support. The center in the Las Vegas Call Center, has blown their budget in June of this year, and the most of the important people have already quit the place.

Overall they hired someone who has the reputation that is similar to Hitler running the place. Great job, it truly did take a Management structure that had no idea what they were doing, and destroy the place.

It was already outsourced to the Vegas center. They mostly read scripts anyway, and if the scripts don't work they dispatch the TSG person covering the building anyway.

With the cost of labor rising quickly in the US, the move to a lower cost country for low skilled, location agnostic work would make sense.

Sweet, maybe now they can explain to customers how to build the furniture that’s made there.

Remember when they answer (with their script in hand) although they say their name is "Mike" it's really Apoo. This will blow up in their face -wait for it - the jobs will come back to the US after a few years as there will be a massive amount of complaints. Look back in history to companies who pulled that overseas call center stuff on consumers. That is why you never hear of "Earthlink" anymore.

800# has been outsourced for a while, and still hasn't come back yet.

What do they really do anyways? If it is not a simple solution, they transfer it to the local TSG person.
