Getting the most out of EDCOR

I'm going back to school using edcor for the first time.
I understand that UPS will cover 100% of tuition and 25$ per book.
What I don't understand is that there seems to be an "other" expense area you can fill in. What else is covered? Can I buy a computer for my online course, or use it to pay my internet bill? Will it pay for notebooks and folders?
Also, one of my classes has a book and then I have to pay for access codes to do an online lab. How should I fill out my request to maximize my refund from EDCOR.

Ashell while it's true UPS will cover 100% of tuition costs, please refer to the website as there are caps. Meaning you may not go over 2,500.00 per semester so if your tuition costs 2690.00 you will be responsible for 190.00 out of pocket.

Also, you don't need to submit any reciepts for books it's an automatic 25.00 regardless so even online books will be covered.
