Why do you insist on being a liar or are you just ignorant of fact?

From the opinion, first page of text

BIBAS, Circuit Judge. Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here. The Trump Presidential Campaign asserts that Pennsylvania’s 2020 election was unfair. But as lawyer Rudolph Giuliani stressed, the Campaign “doesn’t plead fraud.

Stay away from anything dealing with the law, or an opinion of a court, whether as a liar or an ignorant.
Consider this a strong rebuke, the type you like to claim Court's make.
So if he doesn’t plead fraud, what evidence does he bring of unfairness? Because it doesn’t seem that the court saw evidence of that either.

Multiple different types of violations of election law , different enforcement in democratic counties than republican counties

You, Me anyway, would offer the Constitutional and Statutory violations.
Those lead to the fraud. You need to let the court make their determination of whatever term they choose to use.
Just my opinion, I think I'm right and will stand by it.

So which ones did Rudy argue were violated and what evidence did he present?

Equal protection. 14th

My vote for the national election was disenfranchised by PA, and I have no standing.
No different than any illegal vote cast.

I haven't read his pleading so I can't answer that.
Rudy is not the only one working in Pennsylvania.
I do know article 2 and the 14th have been raised simply from reading this state judges ruling.

DriveInDriѵeOut

Inordinately Right
Enlighten me. Or maybe enlighten Rudy and the courts.
In regards to article 2, state legislatures have the sole authority to make election laws and the manner to choose electors. Unelected partisan bureaucrats have no constitutional right to change those laws in the middle of an election under the guise of public health or any other BS they come up with.

In regards to the 14th amendment, the equal protection clause has clearly been widely violated in multiple instances.

Any other questions?

That sounds like what people say when they vote for the person who gets the most votes loses because of the electoral college system.
Are you suggesting that the electoral college fundamentally disenfranchises voters?

Not at all, there is no relation.
The people that make that argument are uneducated on one of the basic tenets that allowed for the forming of our Union.

Here's what's cute about this. Act 77 passed the GOP controlled Pa state legislature by a vote of 35-14 in the Senate and 138-61 in the Pa House.

Now after losing the election they now go running to the courts..."Well, well, your honor we didn't know that the law was unconstitutional when we passed it". LMAO!
