Does trump hope that because he appointed 3 Supreme Court Justices that they somehow owe him for their jobs? That they will back trump and therefore prove to the world that the Supreme Court Justices are political hacks? They won't because Chief Justice Roberts will not let the Court be used for political vendettas.

They won't back Trump because he has no evidence. If they overturn the will of the people they would officially end Democracy in America. You would need someone smarter and more charismatic than Trump to end Democracy.

Candidates win by votes, not ability tests. Thinking candidate x is terrible has always been one of the fundamental by opponents of choosing your own leaders. The American system of justice requires proof of fraud and within a certain amount of time. Your side was given the full opportunity the law provides to gather and present the proof of a fraudulent presidential election. Why to this point have you not done so?

In the immediate future, we will be introducing the following resolution: ********** A RESOLUTION Declaring the results of statewide electoral contests in the 2020 General Election to be in dispute. WHEREAS, Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures, including the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to prescribe the “Times, Places, and Manner” of conducting elections; and WHEREAS, Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures, including the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to direct the manner of appointing electors for President and Vice President of the United States; and WHEREAS, the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has exercised its authority to establish election administration procedures for the Commonwealth, known as the Pennsylvania Election Code; and WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code requires all mail-in ballots to be received by eight o’clock P.M. on the day of the election; and WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code requires election officials at polling places to authenticate the signatures of in-person voters; and WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code requires that county boards of elections shall not meet to conduct a pre-canvass of all absentee and mail-in ballots until seven o’clock A.M. on Election Day, during which time defects on mail-in ballots would be identified; and WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code prohibits the counting of defective absentee or mail-in ballots; and You won't take the time to read the whole memorandum ​

It failed twice in federal court. If you want to carry further up AND you are willing to pitch in to help PAY for additional appeals AND if you can find another court someplace that will hear the case ..please be my guest...You know what they say about money and talk and what the latter ends up doing.

But what is much more likely in the end is that your side will eventually run out of both money and appeals. And as was the case with Gore in 2000 sooner or later your legal playbook is completely exhausted.
