Technically, it's not on the grill. It's on foil.
What do you do after that?

We do pork tenderloin directly on the grill....comes out perfect every time.

Cook them nice and slow In foil. let them absorbe all the juices. the last 10 minutes,I put the pork on the grill.

Then I put it on a plate, dump the juice and onions on top of it.

Let is stand for another 10 minutes or so.

Yum yum!

Plus very little dishes for the wifey!

Meatloaf made with ground ham.

Might be a regional thing, but awesome. Especially the sandwiches tomorrow.
Okay that's what I figured it was...yes I believe it's a regional thing...it's chipped ham here. Although, my mother used to make meatloaf with spam when I was a kid....she wasn't much of a cook though..lol.

As a kid we use to have ham salad sandwiches.......ground up baloney with sweet pickle relish, pimento and mayo. Good stuff as I recall.
Chip chop ham was what we bought at Lawson's by the pound.....makes great sandwiches.
