More, do you realize how many weapons were in the hands of the Iraqi "civilians" after we invaded? We've moved past 1945 when such things would be an issue. An invading Army on the US mainland (not that it's really possible) would simply shut down the power grid, blow up the refineries and sit back in fortified positions.

Dammit, now I got problems !
Just applied yesterday for a City Job, already have an interview and pre-employment testing session.
On Feb 3rd, and I'll already be in FL by then !

I'll see what I can do by calling up the airline and post-poning the trip, I guess. But, that will be costly now to do ! Dammit !
What a mess !

I can't set another date either for the interview. If I don't show up, I need to re-apply at a later date. This sucks !

I agree, changing my flight now at a cost of $280.00 ! Sucks to be me, this hurts !
I paid less then $490 for the return flight in total ! Now it's gonna cost me

All done, not leaving until the day after the test.
Hope it was worth spending over $300 more now (I'll need to hire a cab in FL at the airport now, too).

Atleast I gave it my best shot, and I'll even bring that extra airfare charge to the interview with me, so they know, I really want this job and how important it is for me.
Maybe, some browny points ?

And the criminal record check, probably takes that long too. Add that to the above, and I'll be back by then !

I do not know what the gun laws in Egypt were before yesterday but now what is left of the Government is stating that individuals better be armed to protect their homes and family. I do not care what country you live in, I believe in being prepared for anything !!!
There have already been alot of Police layoffs in many U.S. cities. For the people that live in passaic NJ that has a very high crime rate that just laid off hundreds of cops I hope that you have figured a way to protect life and family !!!

Gee, in 1991 we seen several governments over thrown (the entire east-block of Europe).
They didn't start killing and robbing themselves !
