Well, they are going to Mexico, I'm sure some are ending up in NYC :

Feds Bust Arizona Gun Sellers

Mexican authorities have long complained about American guns flooding their country, and now they may have proof. U.S. officials arrested 17 people in Arizona Tuesday, saying they were part of a smuggling ring that made legal purchases of about 700 guns—including AK-47s and semi-automatic handguns—and then turned around and sold the weapons to the Sinaloa cartel, a leading Mexican drug gang, illegally. Overall, charges were made against 34 Arizonans. Authorities say all of the suspects are either American citizens or legal residents. "Drug cartels go shopping for their war weapons here in Arizona," said U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke.

And they should be arrested.

You are a fool if you believe for one second that banning guns stops criminals from having guns. IT DOES NOT!

Find me a really good explaination why the USA has 100 times more gun related deaths per capita, then the other western countries then, including Asia . Or from all G20 countries.
Only thing else is, you have 100 times more criminals per capita then the rest of us , right ?

It would make no difference what so ever if I found a good explanation or WKMac or Island Fox or Sober or anyone else. You would do nothing but turn it to suit your own agenda. You sure the HELL wouldn't shut up.

You throw that statistic around like it actually means something.

It doesnt. Murder is murder and dead is dead. The method used for killing is irrelevant to the victim.

A more meaningful statistic would be the per capita murder rate. In the United States, the per capita murder rate for 2010 was 5.0 per 100,000 and in Canada it is 1.81 per 100,000.

It stands to reason that more of our murders will be committed with guns because we have more guns, just like it stands to reason that more people will freeze to death in Canada than in Saudi Arabia because it tends to be a bit colder.

Explain this to me, Klien....the murder rate for the state of Vermont is only 1.1 per 100,000 which is lower than the entire country of Canada. Vermont has some of the most liberal gun laws in the United States. It is one of three states where you do not even need a permit to carry a concealed handgun. By your logic the streets should run red with blood there, yet it is actually safer and less violent that your country with its strict controls on guns. Enlighten us with your wisdom, Klein.

Like I said, give evry person a gun and crime will go down from the sheer knowledge that if you commit a crime against someone, YOU MIGHT GET SHOT!!!

Better take a look at your new 2010 numbers :
I get 6.3 murders per 100.000 in Vermount !
(calculating 630.000 population - more then 623.000 that they claim to have).

And oddly enough, 10 out of those 15 border Canada, among the top 8 of them, too ! ( wonder why)???, eh ?

UPDATE: No clue what this stupid thing above means.. since I read the article NH had only 13 homicides is 2010 ! wtf ????
What a silly website, sorry..... I don't undertand it,,, guess have to wait for the officail numbers or google some more - sorry !

Okay, I get it now: rank 39 means only 11 states are better.
rank 1 = the worst.
rank 50 = best out of all 50 !

Don't know the number of homicides though..... but Vermount is only ranked 39.. 11 states have less homicides per 100.000.
So according to the chart above, North Dakota has the lowest per capita murders and NH second lowest.

So you are posting evidence, that you think supports your argument, but admit don't know what they mean and don't understand? Why would you even post it then? Klein- no matter what anyone from the US posts, with proof and documentation, you have a totally different set of numbers and facts. Why is that? Why do you have such a different source of information and backing, unavailable to anyone but yourself?

The link is clearly on the bottom of that last post.
Can't find the exact number of murders in Vermount for 2010 on the net. It's hush, hush, maybe ?
But, I do know, they are only ranked on 39th place on the low murder rate from all states..... so, it's not as shiney rosy bright as posted by soberups !

Besides all that, figure it out, you have an entire state with only 600.000 people....
They might get "lucky" one year, and have only a few murders, and the next, they can top all states...
Their population is probably wide spread, too. Makes a huge difference.

here's a nice story that will warm klein's heart..........
The Hawaiian state House of Representatives is considering a bill to outlaw the sale of toy guns to minors. The proposed bill:
SECTION 1. Chapter 709, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is amended by adding a new section to be appropriately designated and to read as follows: “§709- Sale of toy guns to minors prohibited. (1) It shall be unlawful to sell, attempt to sell, or offer for sale a toy gun to a minor under eighteen years of age.…..(2) Any person who violates this section shall be subject to a fine of not more than $2,000, imprisonment of not more than ninety days, or both.”

Softening up the next generation so they won’t make too much of a fuss when the left tries to curtail the Second Amendment.

Actually, since then, I changed my opinion.
It''s great to have guns and no healthcare in the US.
You need some sort of population control, afterall.

Fend for myself ? LOL
Tell you something, this last summer a group of teenagers or young adults came near to my vending spot, while I was sleeping in the van (air matress).. I heard them.
I didn't need a gun, I opened the window and yelled at them !
They ran... I lost a cooler with some energy drinks in it. No big deal.
But the next morning it got returned, the drinks were missing, but atleast I got my cooler back. Again, no big deal.

Same scenerio in the US: Those teenagers would have had a high luckly chance of being shot, killed or serverly wounded.
Here: Life goes on.

Why should I be entiteld to kill someone, if we don't even have the death penalty in courts ?
And over what ? $10 ? I don't think so !

No wonder your healthcare sytem is going bankrupt ! Over a lousy $10 put someone in the hospital or even worse, cripple that person for life ?
Costing society much more then it's even worth ! (I didn't even add up the cost of the police being involved and ambulance service, etc).

And what am I milking the government for ? "Free" healthcare ?
Hey, if other countries decide not to spend Trillion of dollars on unneccesary wars, and hand out foreign aid to dictators, such as Gaddafi, that is their problem if they rather take care of those than their own citizens.

you "yelled" at them? hmmmm,,, good defense. And your rambling about "free" health care.... it isnt free. Hard working people pay for everyone whether they work or not. Dont make out that you dont free load off your government. And yes, you cant fend for yourself

First of all, I worked more hrs in my lifetime already than most ever will !
I also didn't bring up children that I pay for others to have and raise !

I still pay GST taxes, higher fuel taxes, and Sinn Taxes (Sinn taxes are those like alcohol, tabacco, and even junkfood) that go directly to healthcare.
We don't have healthcare comming off our paycheques, nor does the company has to pay for any.

Is it that hard to understand ?

It's basically everyone here constibutes as much or as little as they can. But you sure can't escape paying for it, in 1 form or the other.
Besides, I haven't even seen a family doctor in over 7 years.
I did however go to the walk-in-clinic once. (about a $40 bill for the government) in 7 years or more, that they had to pay for me.
