Has any stations started Vacation bidding?

It wouldn't normally impact the drivers but in this case, the csa would be bypassing seniority in her workgroup and possibly outbidding someone not in her workgroup (drivers). Favoritism is never a positive thing in a workplace.

Exactly. The CSA's don't like it either but it really isn't affecting any of them. I just hope whatever happens it gets don't first or not at all. I'd hate to see the bidding process come down to the final days only to be scrapped and started over because something finally decided on this issue.

Unless she's at the bottom of the drivers seniority, I'll bet someone says something or calls hr.
