That's terrible advice. Going to your personal doctor makes claiming worker's comp even more difficult.

Probably not.

Drug tests for non-CDL employees must be with probable cause. If you flipped an irreg train going around a corner at max speed, showed up to work looking ed up or something similarly egregious, then it's possible you would be popped for a wizz quiz.

Quite a few states have laws regarding collecting workers comp and having to be drug tested in order to receive benefits.

Absolutely right. I had a hernia long time ago loading. UPS dr said I will be ok and pit a weight restriction of 20 lbs for 6 weeks. Went to my dr who then referred me to a specialist. Well had surgery the next week

Spoken like a true sup. A personal physician is not any less capable of filling out a medical report. What can brown do for you? How about violating HIPAA.
