I'm fairly new to UPS. I been with the company for about 1.5 years. I started off as a scanner but was moved around to unload and sort whenever needed. I was promoted to a part-time supervisor 7 months in and that's where I stand now.
For the most part, I'm cool with my employees. There are a few bad apples that like to cause issues but I think that would be in any work enviornment.
