You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
No I'm just saying that's how it works.Did you wake up on wrong side of the bed a*hole????
They said they will take care of them. That could me a lot of things

Like I said.No I'm just saying that's how it works.

So this is where you draw the line with falsifying records?
Was just curious where you drew the line. You are the last person who should be telling anyone how to do this job.
I would rather write down the tracking number then contact the ethics hotline when management falsifies.Like I said.
Corporate training we were required to take says sheet as missed........
Sheet as missed and let union know.
You can always call the ethics hotline. Tell them who instructed this and when it was instructed. This way it is on record. And may cover your ass. I still think your BA should take a grievance on this.Anyone else have their center telling them not to sheet up miss loads and instead supervisors back in the building are sheeting them up as NSN or NSS?
Seems to be an integrity issue, just wondering how many centers are pulling this trick to hide miss loads.
The 80's are ovah !!Just mix them with your pickups. Ain't nobody got time for misloads.
Mine have been doing it for yearsAnyone else have their center telling them not to sheet up miss loads and instead supervisors back in the building are sheeting them up as NSN or NSS?

Because last time I scanned packages as missed when they told me to do that I was told I wasn't following instructions. I'm not gonna falsify records but what they do is what they doSo rather than follow established methods by sheeting them as "missed" you bring them back knowing that they will be falsified?
You were told....but of course they did not discipline you.Because last time I scanned packages as missed when they told me to do that I was told I wasn't following instructions. I'm not gonna falsify records but what they do is what they do
Can you show me a case where a driver was told not to sheet some specific packages and then disciplined for following instructions? If you're that worried about it then document but it's not your decision to make.Until they toss them under the bus for not sheeting everything on their car

Like I said if you're worried about it then document, but as for the rest I just work here. If the boss tells me to do something and it's not unsafe or illegal then that's what I do.I can site from personal experience I had supervisor tell me to do something and I got a two suspension for it because they denied it. We don't work for them we work for UPS. And the training we take lays out what we are supposed to do with those.
So if something is unethical you have no problem doing itLike I said if you're worried about it then document, but as for the rest I just work here. If the boss tells me to do something and it's not unsafe or illegal then that's what I do.
Not sure what you mean by unethical? I don't see anything unethical about giving some packages to my boss so he can deal with them.So if something is unethical you have no problem doing it
Or they future them.Anyone else have their center telling them not to sheet up miss loads and instead supervisors back in the building are sheeting them up as NSN or NSS?

No no no no no no no noRarely ever am I told to sheet up a misload as missed. It's always NSN.
