Hiding Miss Loads

Anyone else have their center telling them not to sheet up miss loads and instead supervisors back in the building are sheeting them up as NSN or NSS?
Seems to be an integrity issue, just wondering how many centers are pulling this trick to hide miss loads.
You can always call the ethics hotline. Tell them who instructed this and when it was instructed. This way it is on record. And may cover your ass. I still think your BA should take a grievance on this.

So rather than follow established methods by sheeting them as "missed" you bring them back knowing that they will be falsified?
Because last time I scanned packages as missed when they told me to do that I was told I wasn't following instructions. I'm not gonna falsify records but what they do is what they do

You were told....but of course they did not discipline you.

Call their bluff; sheet as missed.

If they want to change the status cya by taking pics of the text saying to void the missed. Never take it upon yourself to assume they will expect you not to scan just because they said not to in the past.

Sheet as missed. ..void it only if they instruct you to in writing /text. Don't change to nsn etc ever; even of instructed to do so.

Until they toss them under the bus for not sheeting everything on their car
Can you show me a case where a driver was told not to sheet some specific packages and then disciplined for following instructions? If you're that worried about it then document but it's not your decision to make.

I can site from personal experience I had supervisor tell me to do something and I got a two suspension for it because they denied it. We don't work for them we work for UPS. And the training we take lays out what we are supposed to do with those.

Like I said if you're worried about it then document, but as for the rest I just work here. If the boss tells me to do something and it's not unsafe or illegal then that's what I do.

If they are resi and on my way in, I always offer to run them, if I know for sure it's a business, and there's no way I can get it by 5, I am usually met by someone to run it o its rightful driver.
